LifeApps: Health and Wellness at a Touch of Finger

Time for health and wellness in today’s society is at a premium.  To add the commute to and from a gym or health studio on top of an already hectic day is a rare luxury for many working adults, which is one of the reasons why engaging in consistent fitness routines tend to fall by the way side.  Additionally, younger athletes often opt to participate in faster growing or niche sports such as lacrosse or soccer, rather than baseball or other team sports.  Since many parents did not play these sports, they are typically spectators rather than participants or even coaches for young children. However, many of these same weekend warriors are actively playing tennis, racquetball, and golf and are joined by the rapidly growing number of retirees seeking recreational sports enjoyment.

Today, sports and health enthusiasts prefer to work with personal coaches and trainers as part of their health and recreation routines, but may not typically have the time or the funds to do so on a regular basis.  Having access to experts at a time that matches their schedule is a luxury and a premium, but is now broadly available through a technology offering through LifeApps Digital Media, Inc. (OTCQB – LFAP- $0.0724 – Spec Buy).  With LifeApps, one can receive in- home lessons or tips from leading fitness experts and high profile athletes inexpensively and as quickly as a download on a laptop or smart phone.

LifeApps operates as a digital publisher and delivers products on a cross-platform suite targeted toward fitness and health enthusiasts and amateur and recreational athletes.   It produces content via its digital magazine along with interactive apps available through download on mobile devices.

For example, the Company offers the Golf Core Grip Workout System, which is a revolutionary training device focused on strengthening and stretching the core in a golf-specific manner and improving strength and fitness to impact the customer’s overall game.  It was developed by Dr. Mackay and other leading golf fitness experts.   LifeApps’ MDWorkout is a newer product that is a full-featured workout tutorial app that highlights over 100 workouts, yoga routines and stretches.  A “My Routine” function enables users to customize workouts and easily build playlists.  The TennisWorkout covers the fundamentals of tennis playing taught by tennis experts and includes in-depth video instructions, descriptions, and court and racquet explanations.  Those days of watching VHS tapes or DVDs have gone the way of the dinosaur.

The Company’s digital publishing offering, YouWorkout, provides instructional content to readers and has profiled a series of top-tier athletes such as soccer star player, David Beckham and golf pro Rickie Fowler.  LifeApps’ foray into specialty and mainstream workouts has significant potential, especially given the ‘expert’ content feature, which is a stable of the Company’s offerings. Clearly, by providing sport and health enthusiasts with high-end guidance and content from experts on their mobile devices at a time of their choosing, users are able to maximize the recreation time in their daily lives through the Company’s apps.
