June 17, 2013 INSCOR’s New CEO Is A Major Win INSCOR Inc. (OTCQB – IOGA - $0.53 – Spec Buy), an innovative provider of low-cost, high-return funding solutions for municipalities and high net worth individuals, just recently announced it has hired a new Chief Executive Officer. While on the surface this does not appear to be newsworthy, this move could turn out to be a major driver of business and revenue for the Company over the next 12 months. INSCOR appointed Kenneth E. Andam, a serial entrepreneur who has founded and operated a number of highly successful local and international companies in the technology, mobile payment, social crowd sourcing space, and online applications space, as well as the consumer and energy sectors. Currently, serves as Chairman of Kenny Andam Company Limited (KAC LTD), an investment and infrastructure development company with a portfolio of fully 20 incubation, start-up, and mid-stage businesses. Considering Andam’s deep experience in building early-stage firms, this hire should be perceived as a major coup for the young company. Make no mistake. Andam is no small-time CEO. In the energy industry alone, has and his partners have secured $200M for a 100MW solar project in Ghana, and also operate and own oil and gas projects in Ghana, Namibia, and Nigeria with total reserves of around 2.5 billion barrels of oil. Andam is not just a wildly successful businessman and an entrepreneur; he is also a winner in the social responsibility and media awards development sector internationally. Mr. Andam most recently partnered with a former high school mate to successfully execute the second year celebration of Media Personalities in Ghana at the Countries Radio and Television Personality Award. The event was majorly successful, and witnessed a media frenzy that drove the awards brand to gain major interest from surrounding country personalities and the media and broadcast sector. The Radio and Television Personality Awards (RTP Awards www.rtpawards.com) also empowered media personalities in the various countries who are gearing up to watch the awards this year to celebrate 2013’s best personalities in Ghana and across West Africa. Mr. Andam is also a Track and Field Star who has competed in many international track and field competitions worldwide including in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia and the 2001 World Track and Field Championships in Edmonton, Canada. In addition to his business and athletic achievements and accolades, Andam is also uniquely connected to major governmental, industrial, technological, sports, and entertainment industry leaders globally. As a result it is logical to assume that Andam will seek to leverage and monetize his contacts in order to generate funding solutions business for INSCOR that may enable management to achieve some of its objectives sooner than previously ascertained. In any event, clearly INSCOR is fortunate to be in such capable hands at such an early stage and it will be interesting to monitor new contract wins and events as they develop.
